April Ordiway, Leasing Director

April Ordiway joined the Regency Park Senior Living team in October of 2014. She has assisted new inquiries and residents at 3 of 4 Regency Park communities. Prior to joining Regency Park, April managed marketing outreach and memberships for a private culinary club in Pasadena while also promoting the importance of healthy, active lifestyles for adults & children. Graciela Vega, Business Office Manager

Graciela had worked as a Manager for a Finance company for 8 years. She had graduated from American Career College with honors as a Medical Biller and Coder. After graduation she started working in senior living as a Business Office Director. She’s very efficient, provides excellent customer service and builds great relationships with our residents.

Lisa Villasenor, Assisted Living Director

Lisa comes to The Fair Oaks with over 15 years of experience in senior living.  She began her journey in this field as a volunteer activity coordinator, and since then has been a Memory Care Director, Associate Executive Director and Assisted Living Director.  Lisa is deeply committed to The Fair Oaks residents' physical wellness and emotional well-being.

Amanda Marshall, Social Director

Amanda comes to Regency Park with over 5 years of leadership experience with adult wellness programming. She was previously an Activity Leader at the Los Angeles Jewish Home, and a Program Director at the North Valley YMCA. She has a Master’s Degree in Family and Consumer Studies, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies. Amanda loves working with people of all ages, and strives to make the activity program a true life enrichment experience each day.

Rigo Arias, Executive Chef

Chef Rigo has worked in senior living for nearly 30 years, over fifteen of them with Regency Park. He did his chef’s training at both Pasadena City College and L.A. Mission College. Chef Rigo's passion is baking specialty breads, pies and other dessert treats for our residents, especially for the holidays.


Lus Solis, Dining Room Manager

Lus Solis has worked at The Fair Oaks for over three years. By catering to every resident's needs she makes sure that all residents are happy and satisfied with their dining experiences.

Mary Chavarria, Environmental Services Director

Mary came to The Fair Oaks from the hotel industry and has been Housekeeping Supervisor for over nine years. She was recently promoted to Environmental Services Director and as such is responsible for overseeing both the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Mary is appreciated by all our residents for applying the highest standards to her work.

Manny Moreno, Maintenance Director

Manny has worked for Regency Park and its affiliates for more than 30 years. Manny’s background is in the construction area, and he prides himself on being very efficient. He is also an extremely hard worker and enjoys helping residents with all their maintenance needs.
